Commit, commit, commit. Slides are so much fun to learn. Once you commit and it clicks, you feel like an idiot for half-assing it.

How would approach sliding on rougher asphalt? Usually, where I live, the sidewalks and parks have almost the same asphalt as the roads do, so no nearly as smooth as in your video. Would these slides work without throwing me head first? I don't skate at the moment but I want to start again and I used to only use the T/L slide but that's a slower way of slowing down (and not as cool haha). Thanks!

I'm watching this from germany where it's all white these days and I am so stoked to put my blades on again... in 2,3 months 😭 Keep up the great work and most of all, stay safe!

Love it! A certain lack of humility but plenty of skill! I wonder how many takes it took as well. For me it would take 6 months for sure, and a career switch 😄

Where i skate there are often tiles etc, can you do this sliding also on tiles? I am scared wheels will get stuck and you bounce over.. ?

Even though you think your magic slide is not too good, and I don't think I've seen you use it in your usual videos... It has potential to be awesome as well!!! Yeah it's definitely not so 'easy' for everyone like they say 😐😐 parallel easier for a lot of people's cases
