Hi. Thank you for the recipe. I wanna try this. Can I substitute Mizuhichikara with glutinuous / sweet rice? I don't know what Mizhuhochikara is. 🙏 Thank you!

It is a variety of rice called "Mizuho-Chikara." It is a type of leaped rice (japonica rice). It is finely milled for rice-flour bread.

@@slow.natural-life thank you, I'll try to buy Japonica rice. Because Mizuho Chikara is a strange rname here for Japanese rice flour. Have a wonderful day anyway!

@@slow.natural-life I found Koshihikari, Kokoku, Hideaki, Okiniiri. So many names make me confused. 😅

@@slow.natural-life I also found kaze rice. I have no idea which one is brand name and which one is the rice name.

This is a recipe using "Mizuho Chikara" rice flour for bread. Other rice flours will not turn out the same way. As a suggestion, please refer to the video below for a recipe made from rice for overseas👇 kzbin.info/www/bejne/e3LIe6KCfpyDjdk
