Hi! My husband enjoyed this recipe so much. Although I didn't eat them, I enjoyed preparing them for my husband. My heart melted cause my husband enjoyed them. He has requested to take them to work for lunch! He and my adult son enjoyed the soup with cabbage, homemade pork meat balls, and brown rice. I enjoy preparing meals for those dear to my heart. Thank you and your sweet mom for sharing the many delicious recipes and making time to demonstrate how to prepare them. Seeing you and your mom together literally makes me smile. May you both continue to bless and well.

I think it's so nice how you're close with your mother 😊 Can't wait to try making these. I'm not the cooking type, but I think I'll be able to manage this recipe with a food processor.

I made this yesterday and it's DELICIOUS!! I doubled the recipe because I suspected this was going to be an absolute winner. Will be making this again very soon! BTW I skipped the shrimps (very expensive where I live) and used a mix of minced chicken and tofu.

Looks so yummy!! Going to try it! Just a note my husband can’t eat gluten but you have to make sure the soy sauce is also gluten free bc soy sauce has wheat in it. Just for anyone who’s gluten free too or has family members who are gluten free. There is gluten free soy sauce at grocery stores.

They look delicious! ❤ Just a quick note - you mentioned they’re gluten free but you use regular soy sauce. Most traditional soy sauce brands are not gluten-free, since they are made with wheat. You would need to sub regular soy sauce with tamari or coconut aminos for dumplings to be truly gluten free. I can’t wait to try them!! Thanks for sharing this recipe ❤

Hi, This is the first time that I've seen your channel. I like the way you made rice paper dumplings. I'm giving it a try as I'm texting... I will let you know how it turns out for me. Btw... My brother said he hates garlic... I cook with it a lot. Had to tell my sister inlaw. Bill ate all kinds of garlic and said he loved it😂 MEN!😂

Came out delicious but have one question. They all split open a bit. They didn’t fall apart but every single one of them had a side split open somewhere and juice escaping. This ever happen to you? Any ideas?
@TheScruz8611 Жыл бұрын
In the video she adds mushrooms but they aren't listed in the ingredients under the description. Also, she used 1 lime for the sauce not 2. I already bought the ingredients so I'll have to try it with mushrooms next time.

We usually make them without mushrooms actually haha!! Sorry for the confusing 😂❤ they will be delish either way but the recipe written is correct 😘 I hope you enjoyed them!!

@maxiskitchen do you think that the dumplings can be cooked in an air fryer? Thanks.

I think peeling ginger is the equivalent to the idea of peeling potatoes. It's a matter of opinion/tastes.
@Luckyluck558Ай бұрын
I buy only organic ginger, so I cook it with the skin, cause it's very healthy.
@victoriaolson89859 ай бұрын
I don’t believe the chicken cooks long enough. Could it be cooked in advance, and the formed dumplings cooked for less time? Looks great!

lol I peel my finger with a spoon 😂. I think it’s coz my mom removes the skin so I just followed!

I liked your recipe up until you wrapped . That is the sloppiest dumpling wrap I've ever seen. Perhaps you could watch a few videos on how to wrap a dumpling. Yes there are many techniques and ways to wrap, that just isn't one of them. Just saying.
