If you're a south indian, asking you to eat chappathi for fat loss is unsustainable rather educate them about portion control and calorie Deficit within the foods that are sustainable by each individual. Eating chappathi / rice more than what your body needs, will make you fat. If you like rice, you don't have to force eat chappathi. Moderation is the key. 🙌

No one consumed foods as per GI in the olden days. Avoid highly artificial processed foods. Eat anything and workout for 1 hour. That’s all! What ever is in your plate, ask yourself, is this processed ? If yes then avoid it!

Unless one is competing professionally I humbly request all gym goers to limit the workout to three days max a week. In India people have zero knowledge of recovery. Recovery is as much important as training. For an average guy minimum 36 hours recovery is must. There are ample research to show the so called body builders, marathon runners , iron man participants dropping dead suddenly due to over exercising and chronic inflammation. Pls concentrate on recovery...recovery...recovery ....

I went gym daily more then 2 hrs , 12 kg reduced with in 75 days after one year I got knee pain ...now both knees damaged ...and my big mistake was treadmill I used non stop 30 minutes and slowly increasing the speed ..finally my chest portion through my both nipple blood came ....I shocked very much God saved my life ...so please take advice and do properly....
