Hi everyone! Today I offer you two delicious eggplant recipes that you will love! The first recipe is pan-fried eggplant with peppers, a savory sauce, and sesame seeds. This dish is completely vegan, very tasty and full of nutrients! I assure you your family will love it! I cook it very often in the summer and I love it! The second recipe is delicious pan-fried aubergines with peppers and tomatoes in a soy-based sauce. You can prepare it as a side dish or second course for lunch or dinner. A few simple ingredients are enough to prepare a delicious, light and healthy dish. This recipe is also totally vegetable! 2 eggplants
1 onion
3 peppers
Parsley
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
4 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 cloves of garlic
3 tablespoons of corn starch
