Hi everyone! Today I present to you a very tasty and very easy to prepare recipe! Baked aubergine fritters are an ideal solution for lunch, dinner or an aperitif. You only need a few simple ingredients to prepare them! I assure you that your family will love these delicious Baked Eggplant Pancakes! I suggest you try them and let me know what you think in the comments!
Ingredients:
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 carrot
- 1 eggplant
- 2 eggs
- Half a glass of kefir or yogurt
- 170 g (6 oz) of wheat flour
- Parsley
- Salt, pepper, paprika
- Olive oil
For the sauce:
- Plain yogurt
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- Salt, pepper, paprika
- 1 clove of garlic

Eggplants baked on a charcoal grill, drained of the juice, cleaned of the charred skin and then made as a simple puree, only with very finely chopped white or red onion and no garlic, (and there is no need to drain the juice from the onion either) , a drop of neutral oil + a bit of salt to taste, with which it is left to cool well for about two or three hours, and then spread on slices of bread freshly taken out of the oven, which are decorated with a few slices of tomatoes, or/ and roasted peppers and olives. It's the tastiest way to prepare eggplant. Just try it and you will be convinced. 😋 , 👌

Rețetă romănească-salată de vinete .Se poate adăuga maioneză ,sau pentru cei ce au alte gusturi ,doar usturoi tocat fin .Chestie de gusturi !Pofta buna !Eu adaug ceapa puțin blanșată și apoi răcita ,ori renunț la ea ,din motive de sănătate.

Bom dia chefe, desculpe a minha ausência. Estou ainda com minha saúde física um pouco melhor. Bom , todos os pratos que você faz e ensina, são uma delícia. Escolhi para fazer no domingo três pratos o da beringela com macarrão, o do bacon com variados temperos e um que leva farinha de pão. Esses foram os últimos que eu pude assistir.
