Hi everyone! Today I propose you a very easy and delicious eggplant recipe! Grilled eggplant with garlic and basil is a delicious appetizer perfect for lunch or dinner. I prepare them very often and they never tire me! My family loves them too! Anyone can make this easy garlic and basil eggplant recipe! - 3 cloves of garlic

​@@OnlyJustSayinhello I'm Romanian I can tell you our simple version. Just fry the eggplants. Serve them with our traditional garlic SOS very easy to make. Just mix olive oil salt pepper and crushed fresh garlic. Another traditional sous greek yoghurt mixed with crushed garlic salt pepper. Enjoy
