Hi everyone! In this video I present to you a delicious and easy recipe for chicken legs! You can prepare it for lunch or dinner and you will please the whole family! Peasant-style chicken legs with baked potatoes is a delicious, filling and easy-to-prepare main course. Try this delicious chicken with tomato and olives recipe and I'm sure you will love it!

- 2 chicken legs
- 1 onion
- 2 clove of garlic
- 200 ml of tomato sauce
- 150 ml of white wine
- 1 tomato
- 70 gr of olives
- Rosemary, sage, bay leaf
- 800 gr of potatoes
- Salt, pepper, chili herbs
- Olive oil

Two suggestions. Replace the tomato with high quality tinned tomatoes...more taste because canned when exactly ripe, not ripened in transit. Before cooking the chicken, cut three of four lines into the flesh to get the flavours into the meat👍

Il pollo si adagia in rosolatura sempre prima dalla parte della pelle, che è più resistente alla cottura e rilascia i suoi grassi per dorare il lato magro. quella non è una rosolatura, fuoco basso e troppo poco tempo. Non si forano mai le carni in cottura con forchette o aghi. Le patate risultano bollite, non arrostite, non presentano crostatura. Uno studente fuori sede cucinerebbe meglio
