That little red chair would be SO SO CUTE for Pepper. Did I say how wonderful it is to hear Christian and Patience (and her awesome laugh) with you again!?! Also Christian is really growing into being more vocal and sharing his views! You said banker then doctor - either way - an amazing unit. That dress could be a very, very old wedding dress - not stored properly but who knows - someone might want to restore it! Have just been sorting through my Canadian coins - some do have value - and there are a number of variations of the Loonie that can have value! All I need to do now is find someone who will buy it up here in Canada! I do want to say thanks to you and George - (as I did to Rob of 2nd Cents) from your two storage unit channels I have learned about looking up sold items on eBay - to try to find prices! I am now downsizing from my son moving out - and have a LOT of his toys and other "stuff" to sell! What a unit you have found! Patience and Christian - she is the most beautiful baby - those gorgeous eyes and such a sweet temperament!

It might look creepy now but, I think that you've just found someones old silk wedding dress. Depending on age/ condition it's probably quite valuable

I may be wrong, but those little pictures I believe are etchings and if they were done by hand they should be worth a lot of money. Etching was considered a special craft. I might be wrong. Great unit. Wonderful to see Christian and Patience opening up more. Baby Pepper of course is wonderful as always. 🇨🇦❤️❤️🇨🇦

Those glass pictures are beautiful. This unit is really cool, never know what you're going get. That chair is gorgeous, you should keep that. My grandparents collected antiques, a lot of rockers had the springs. That man had a lot of hobbies. Those amber glass dishes are for corn on the cob. The clear class dishes are banana split dishes. Just saying. Lots of vintage games. Great unit! Hugs to Pepper!👋👋👋💜🥰👍

That is a great unit!! Some of the rugs might be worth a lot. Some antique rugs can be worth thousands of dollars...it's worth checking to see if you have one that is. It costs anywhere between $150-$600 to professionally clean an area rug. The cane and wood folding chair set might be worth repairing. You can get the cane webbing (already woven, just needs to be cut to size needed) online fairly cheap to repair any seat with holes in it. There are plenty of "How To" videos about how to replace them. The wood bowls could be worth a bit too. Definitely check into those too. Amazing finds...can't wait to see what you open up next!!

I love the "carpeted" rocker!!! The wedding gown, too! I just saw that they are making corn ice cream now. Thr "decanters" are perfume bottles. I have a feeling that some of the thing you called silver are that, only in color. I loved playing Finance as a kis. It's monopoly-esch, but more fun to play. Such a cool unit!
