Finally! Someone who can write a story that is not padded with a lot of fluff just to make the story longer. Great plot could follow through on the storyline and of course the happy ending

THIS WAS AN EXCELLENT STORY. THE HUSBAND PROVED TO HIS IN-LAWS THAT YOU CAN'T JUDGE A BOOK BY IT'S COVER, LOL. HE HANDED THEM THEIR ASSES IN A BROWN PAPER BAG. I LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT. BUT IN THE END, WIFE PARENTS CAME TO TERMS; THEY BETTER HAD, LOL.

My dad married up when he married my mom. He worked his ass off his whole career in his efforts to deserve her and became a self-made man. They were married for 58 years until my mother's passing. To them, their status meant a lot because they'd earned it. When I chose my wife, they didn't want me to marry her. "You should have the best." This was my mom. But, against their wishes, I married for love. Bottom line; I empathize with this story. 46 years later, I'm still married to my first true love. I can't imagine life any other way. Oh yeah, my father-in-law owned his own business and was even more successful than my very successful parents. Cheers
