Uhhh Brady having to go to Drew Brees house for the divisional round and then Aaron Rodgers house for the NFC championship as the #5 seed for the 2020 season was 100% a harder road than the Chiefs last year, and it's not really close. Brees and Rodgers are both legends with rings. Josh Allen and Lamar have no rings and are not legends yet.

This "tough" schedule for KC won't even matter. They'll easily win their division guaranteed a playoff spot already. They don't care about the 1 seed. The same thing will happen like last year, they will get in as the 2, 3, or 4 seed and still beat everyone for another champion. Regular season means nothing to KC.

The Chiefs had to play the most objectively unfair December schedule in the last 35 years of NFL schedules LAST YEAR - scheduling FIVE OPPONENTS IN A ROW in the crucial month of December all coming off byes or extras days of rest/preparation to face the Chiefs - so now the league office has to try and beat that record of trying to screw the champs. This league desperately wants to avoid a threepeat by the chiefs.

The week-6 bye is the worst part by far but if you look at it, after their week-11 game vs the Bills, the Chiefs will be favored in every game the rest of the season. The Chiefs can string together a 7-game win streak &get hot right in time for the playoffs regardless of what happened the first ten weeks of the season. But week-17 and week-18 look like bye-weeks to me, which sets them up perfectly to be healthy going into the postseason. And if they did need to go on a late season run like the Bills last season the Chiefs schedule allows for that as well. I won't expect all the Chiefs to play on X-mas or fly to Denver

I’m not a Kansas City Chiefs from, but I don’t think it’s the teams they’re playing because the division is going to be weak. Broncos don’t really have a quarterback. Neither does the Raiders the Chargers have Justin Herbert but no WRs and one of those games are early in the season. Playing the ravens and Bengals early is good because Joe burrow ain’t 100% healthy + the ravens lost a few players and their defense coordinators is gone. Also they don’t have to play those teams in the winter 🥶 time. + KC plays great in September. Same with week 3 a falcons team with a new QB that’s not 100% healthy either. The only real problem is exhaustion 🤷🏼‍♂️ by the time the kanas city chiefs get to the playoffs their going to be exhausted so they need the 1st round by for that rest. In hopefully that last game against Denver doesn’t matter.

The NFL Players Union Needs to get involved HERE. On the subject of Player Safety, the League should be spending Tens of Millions $$ per Year on Development of Improved Equipment & Environment. It is not a 3-peat, it is a Chiefpeat (Playoffs, Championship, Repeat as Necessary), 2024 Schedule Analysis - There are 6 games wherein the Chiefs will play on a Rest Surplus vs. their Opponent, 2 Games at a Rest Deficit, and 9 Games at Rest Neutral. The Chief's season taken as a whole will net a Rest Surplus (favorable to the Chiefs) of +7 days - 124 days at a surplus and 117 games at a deficit. The Chiefs will play on everyday of the week other than Tuesday. This has not happened since the 1927 NFL New York (Football) Yankees. How 'bout that for a fun fact to know and tell. The Chiefs will play in 3 Sunday Noon games, 5 Sunday 3 o'clock(ish) games, 2 Sunday Night games (7:00), 1 Saturday game (Noon) , 1 Thursday Night game (7:20), 2 Monday Night games (7:15) , 1 Black Friday game (2:00), 1 Christmas Wednesday game (12:00) , and 1 Sunday game, Time TBD (Game 17, Week 18 vs Broncos). The Chiefs will play in 5 "Stand Alone" games (defined as the only NFL game played on that date). I hope you all find that informative.
