Really is not shocking, for Amazon they offered a package with higher room for growth in popularity/exposure and would be able to keep up with how gradually rights fees are growing. TNT only has so much of a ceiling and even with inside NBA chuck is 61, knowing him he’s gearing up to retire soon enough anyway. It really is not shocking the NBA went with Amazon all things considered

AMZN NFL pre post game has been utter hot garbage. Totally unwatchable. Just scripted nonsense, especially compared to Chuck and the boys. Imagine how bad AMZN NBA pre post mid will be. Get ready for the sports version of the Star Wars Holiday Special, featuring Chewie, Itchy, Malla and Lumpy. With cameos by Harvey Korman and Bea Arthur. Look it up.

Charles is telling the truth. The NBA sees clearly that TNT has such limited ability to pay.. Amazon almost unlimited. But.. getting past the nostalgia, Amazon and other streams ARE THE FUTURE, get used to it.

The nba sees Amazon as going for more global exposure, they don’t see that same ability under Turner which I mean you compare the two companies and it’s pretty obvious.
