I love that Rich can give a deeper insight into Prime than almost anyone else. He worked with him for so long that he truly knows him. I think that's the reason Coach Prime is so misunderstood, because people don't truly know him and how he's wired. You have to already see great, before you can pursue greatness. Much respect to Rich Eisen. He's one of the few Ex-ESPN commentators that I truly enjoy watching.

Many have learned from CU & TCU game to never ever judge a book by its cover because you never know what people capabilities a person can provide unless there given opportunities. Coach Prime is more than a Football coach. He is a father to his biological sons and to other young males on and off the field after games. Coach Prime not only concerned about the players he cares just as much about their families. Black success according to black history always come with back lashes. Not surprised what Coach Prime accomplished from CU & TCU game. God bless you Mr Eisen a zillion times over. Much respect

True. I lived in Panama and would run three miles almost everyday at a 7:00 minute mile pace without trying. When I came back to the states I visited my uncle’s ranch near Corona, NM which is at over 7000’ and it took me two weeks to get back to that pace. Again, you are spot on. @@cameron_fairchild Yes, as I said before, I’m very aware of the positive effects of training at altitude. I really think the altitude in Laramie, 7220’, had an effect on the Texas Tech D-line and O-line in their lose to Wyoming. I’ve also hunted mule deer and bighorn sheep at 9500 plus feet after training at 6000 feet and could feel the difference. Altitude can be a huge advantage.

Please stop dreaming Bro, Colorado want win a National Championship this year, maybe never, but Colorado will be fun to watch. I've been a Deion fan since he played at Florida State University, but I also know Oregon, USC, Utah, are the real contenders for a National Champion. out of the PAC 12. If Colorado can have a winning season, that would be beyond amazement. Soon you will see back to back losses, how will the coaches, players and Colorado's fan base handle that? Try and remember its the losses that can destroy a team, or its coaches. No coach entry the season thinking that at the end they will have a losing season, but they do, and the odds say Colorado will NOT have a winning season let alone win a National Championship. Deion, Colorado football teammates, and the fans have both hands around the Kool-Aid barrel, and soon enough it will fall from their hands, and the only question will be "what do we do now". Truth be told, its the next two years that will tell all of us that really knows college football, if Colorado is going to be a pretender or a contender.

Hated him when he was a 49'er, loved him when he became a Cowboy, lol. I was never a true fan because of the talk, but he backs it up so you gotta respect him. I always forget that he was in the MLB too. Crazy talent. I'm diggin' the Coach Prime era. It's going be fun to watch.

Once he gets a few more D linemen next year he is going to contend if not now. This is a team that love each other and hold each other accountable. I believed since he was at J State.

If Shedeur Sanders can keep playing at a high level, he will be a great pick for any NFL team. This kid is a pass first QB who can run. I’ve enjoyed watching this kid stand in the pocket and throw the ball, and not run as soon as he can’t find an open receiver.

Deion did my radio show a few times when he was with the Cowboys. The first impression (especially back then) was PRIME. the flash and bling and the street talk. The second impression was of a true professional football player: he KNEW football, and not just his position(s). The third, surprising, impression was of inate intelligence. In the day, Deion masked his intelligence with bravado and jokes...but it was always there. I'm a fan, and always will be, but he had to prove himself to me. Took about 5 minutes. Go Prime, Stampede!!

The fact that Deion Sanders that seems to get lost is that he didn’t just look for athletes, he looked for people who love playing the game, who want to win more than anything. That in the end is what makes a successful team: talent AND desire.

Most disagree, but I've always said if you can fully backup your confidence, then it doesn't crossover to "cockiness". Deion backs up what he says, and I truly believe he's trying to revolutionize how coaching is done. "Leader of men" as Rich put it, is perfect.
