I want to show my gratitude towards this podcast! I believe in the power of positive thinking and winning the mental war every day with my my self! Sometimes I ask myself my I enjoy the pain and suffering when I could doing what everyone else’s is doing. At the beginning of this year I let go of my father. Graciously enough I found Cameron Hanes through jockos podcast at the beginning of 2023. I heard him tell the story of missing the big bull on the tree line. GOOSEBUMPS!! I stopped the podcast and googled Cameron Hanes. Ordered his book and found the keep hammering podcast to remind me that I am not along on this adventure everyday to be better than I was the day before. I recommend reading ENDURE. This review is for Roy! True inspiration came this man. All within a few words shared in the voice of Cameron. Thank You , Talon

I started hunting 3 years ago when my uncle gave me his hand me down Hoyt. I spent my first year just practicing. Shooting every day trying to emulate the way that Cam shoots. I’ve had the privilege of taking 2 bucks the last two years. It’s a blessing to see hard work pay off when you spend the time on target and then see it in the woods. I have listened to all of these episodes and it is amazing to see all of these incredible people join Cam to do what he does every day. Consistency is the key! Keep Hammering Cam! Love the podcast!

Keep Hammering is a must watch for all competitors. I especially enjoyed this episode with Rich Froning where he shares his experiences and what it took to achieve the title of fittest man on earth. Rich is a true competitor with a humble personality. I’m new to hunting (pushed by my 10 year old son who can’t wait to go hunting and get his first buck in 2023) and I enjoyed hearing Rich’s hunting stories as well!

Just finished episode 6 with Rich Froning (absolute legend) it was a great podcast and is something that I have been eagerly awaiting. I have a baby girl due in May and getting some perspective on parenting from these two men is invaluable. I am going to share it with all of my room mates from college (we used to binge watch Froning’s CrossFit games and Cam’s Elk hunting videos). Great content, keep hammering! P.S. Being from the Eugene Springfield area I have met several Cam haters long before I even knew who he was. After listening to these pod casts and following Cam I get it. They are subconsciously jealous of all of the hard work it took for him to succeed. It’s easy to make excuses as to why we are not succeeding and others are. It’s pretty obvious that Cam and his guests have all had obstacles that they had to overcome through hard work. For Cam hard work is just part of everyday life by choice. The rest of us have to force ourselves into choosing hard work over comfort. Most of us don’t make that choice to sacrifice comfort for success. But some of us do choose to hate on others and make excuses as to why others are successful and they are not because they are afraid to admit that they are lazy and weak.

These are great - the second half of this conversation was my favorite thus far. The dive into hunting, providing and family life was great. Just in case this medium counts as one to enter into for a new bow, here's my pitch: I just started bow hunting last year, with encourage from a friend which was followed by reading Endure. I was able to chase a few bulls around in Eastern Oregon for the first time in my life, and I'm hooked. I grew up in a small Oregon town in the Willamette Valley, just like Cam. However, the bow isn't for me, it's for my wife. She's never hunted before, but she is more than interested. A former college athlete and stay at home mom to our three young kids, a bow for her for us to shoot and hunt would be amazing!

I’ve been listening to Rogan, Jocko, Goggins and the former Keep Hammering podcast for years, but the Keep Hammering Collective has not only surpassed Cameron Hanes original podcast, it is quickly surpassing all other inspirational podcasts. Not in the way some people might think of as your stereotypical inspiration, but in the way that this podcast tells the story of how regular people decided to dedicate themselves to something and then give it their all. Through that they have achieved a level of success that so few people achieve, because they lack whatever that drive and discipline requires to make it happen. These stories show a real path and that you don’t have to be born into money or status or even have unnatural talent to become great. It’s a choice that you make to overcome adversity and the mental obstacles that hold us back. What I love most about this podcast is that so far, every guest has incorporated FAITH into the equation as to how they have found the strength and the ability to persevere and overcome everything life has thrown at them. It’s not common to hear some of the most successful people out there speak publicly about the role their faith has played in shaping their success. A very powerful podcast I’d recommend to anyone who wants to see real life examples of how you can change your life from ordinary to uncommon through your own actions and not live your life in default mode. This podcast has inspired me to work harder and longer even when it’s cold and wet out. My body wants to give up or clock out early, but my mind is stronger when I am reminded of what uncommon looks and feels like. That’s what this podcast is, Uncommon. Thank you Cameron Hanes and all of your guests for sharing your stories and for being examples of how we can achieve what it is we want most in this life. Buster Hanson
