Each time I hear Rich talking in all seriousness, I admire the guy more. I salute you, Mr. Froning.

@46:41 The Unwritten Rules: 1. "Play (chat) hard," 2. "Listen to your coaches (or podcast host and Caleb) 3. "No crying," and 4. "Let's have some fun." Spooky how Rich's youth baseball team rules are the same as The Sevan Podcast rules.

Weekly conversations with Rich? Similar to Glassman. Would be sick to have him on more.

Hiller’s counter-argument to Greg would be the cumulative effect of shortening one portion of a movement over dozens/hundreds of reps over the course of a workout (or shortening multiple movements of the course of many workouts in the case of semi’s and the CF Games).
@leonjohnstone94056 ай бұрын
Greg was referring to the requirement to extend the non-working leg in a step-up. As long as the working leg is fully extended, the movement has not been shortened (regardless of what the non-working leg is doing). The load has been moved through its maximum range.

Sevvy! Orthodox Christianity has all the answers - The original faith without the modern American twist. Do your research but get ready to dive into the complexity. The Orthodox faith requires each individual to reflect and repent and change. We expect ourselves to change to come to Christ vs the modern perspective that asked Christ to change for us. It can't go both ways.
