Happy birthday Paula, hope it was a lovely day. Massive congrats on that PB Rich, first of many trips under 24 I’m sure. Sounds like a hard course, so special well done to you sir. Hope you both had a great break in Scarborough 🙂

Great video Rich, drone footage gives real perspective, I’ve been to Fountains Abbey before but only as a NT member. Sub-24 is a great time on that undulating course✅

Cracking video, it was a lovely morning there. I came to KZbin to see if there was a video after spotting your camera before the run. (Guy in the 50 T @ 3:41)

@abitrich68 I put on a burst of speed when I saw the finish line....turns out it was the Tail Walker and I still had a couple of hundred metres to go!

@@pakcross I had nothing left at the end as I set off way to quickly. But I managed to sneak under 24 so delighted with that

@abitrich68 excellent stuff! Strava told me it was my 2nd fastest 5k, but Parkrun says 3rd. I always find new courses are good for pushing new time goals

Nice one ! I did that venue earlier in the year, nicest one I've been to but those hills are killers !
