You can even tell he fits the general description of the guy in the video to a T. @@YaakovEzraAmiChi one thing is for sure it’s sad to say but the right guy is yet going to tear this poor family apart again, the right guy knew exactly when those girls were going to be there and how they were getting there , the right guy knew where to be at the right time and exactly where not to be at the right time because there just wasn’t enough time for someone that didn’t know how this was going to go down, the right one knew exactly just about how much time he had to work with because there wasn’t enough time for it to be any other way , 2 girls that age would of been to difficult to handle , who drops 2 girls off around 1pm and the last that’s seen of them is around 2:07 pm and by 5 to 5:30 half the county was out there looking for them? And then they find them right in the area or not far by 1 pm the next day laid at rest and anybody would know they started searching again by daylight , who would of took a chance like that , only someone that already knew when and where everybody else was and was secure in that fact, sure don’t take a rocket scientist to figure that one out if they would look within and if they aren’t doing that then it’s because someone doesn’t want to see and that’s how that’s going to go down , I believe this attorney of Richard Allen will be the one to bring the house down because he may be court appointed but at least the judge that court appointed this team appointed a good one make no mistake about that anybody could almost bet that the real perpetrator is probably the very one that pointed law enforcement in the direction of Richard Allen because every other direction they were pointed in didn’t work , the real perpetrator has just lived on borrowed time because the darkness shall soon come to light same one did this is the very same one that got none of those Flora girls pregnant that burned up in that fire so long ago is my hunch because that officer carter is a smart man and he already has said to believe that it’s one in the same and there again a young man had a secret that he thought needed to be hidden so he burned down the whole damn house many years ago and he still out there probably plotting when and how to hurt to hurt someone else because this fella tends to runnin alot of secrets as for motive and fear his biggest fears is hopefully bout to come to light , you cant hide behind fear forever . Fear is a big word it’s like the boogeyman it catches up with ya just when ya think you’ve out run it!!

The FBI missed Kylie Rodni’s car when it was in only 15 feet of water _right_ where her phone last pinged. And the FBI let Brian Laundrie literally just walk out the door of his house and slip away even though he was the only suspect in his fiancée’s disappearance and they had to spend weeks and millions of dollars searching for him. Just because the FBI is helping on a case doesn’t mean anything. They mess up just like everyone else.

I don’t understand why the world calls him guilty when there isn’t been any evidence released? I’ve saw to many ppl go through hell because the public’s need for blood. This case has been so tight as far as evidence released and honestly ppl are just nosy and want to know all the details but instead of waiting for evidence everyone assumes he’s guilty because he has been arrested. I don’t know this man but I haven’t saw anything that says he is guilty or innocent so I will reserve judgement till trial if it even goes that far. Honestly I think the small town LE has screwed this case from go so I quit following years ago. I do hope they get justice at some point.

Discovery (all the evidence against him) will be given to his defense team prior to trial. Probable cause is a much lower bar than beyond a reasonable doubt. Of course they aren't going to include all of the evidence against him just to have him arrested. Get real and stop being so easily manipulated. The guy is just doing his job. It doesn't mean he's right. He's drastically mischaracterizing the process to manipulate the public. His entire presentation here has been dishonest, preying on people's lack of understanding of the legal process. Don't trust him.

There are people who lie in real estate, corporations, gas station attendants… some people cheat others just to cheat. But mostly for personal gain. Of course gas station attendants can’t cause a lot of damage; but car mechanics can. I believe a lot of people are decent. But, I don’t trust prosecutors, or police for the most part. I usually am more likely to trust defense attorneys, than the rest🤷♀️. Just me.

Horrible or not, Richard Allen shouldn't be caught up in the crosshaires of bad investigations (not saying he didn't do it, but there needs to be strong evidence). Parents deserve justice, yes, but not at the expense of innocent people. Guilty beyond any reasonable doubt is the bar set by our justice system As of right now, we haven't seen any evidence at all pointing to r.a. as b.g.

The prosecutor suggesting there were others involved could be due to some inconsistency or gap in their evidence which can only be explained if someone else was involved. The question would then be whether someone else really was involved or whether they have the wrong guy and that is why there is an inconsistency/gap.

I think they have some circumstantial evidence he is BG, but have nothing that actually makes him the murderer. I think behind the scenes they're still trying to tie Rick to Kegans csam club and that's all the talk of others. I'm not sure they can/it exists though. I'm not saying there's no way Rick did it, but what they can prove is another story.

His defense attorney doesn’t have discovery and has not seen evidence yet. He is only speaking to the PCA thus far. He doesn’t know who KK is- the case is new to him. He is speaking on very limited information. I’m sure discovery and and evidence will support the arrest.

Generally anything brought forth as evidence must be shared with the defense prior to it being entered into record. Once the defense files a motion fir discovery any evidence the prosecution has and subsequently uncovers must be shared with the defense

I liked the State Police Officer Superintendents Doug Carter at first, but now I have to wonder if he is being dramatic by sealing the PC. How can releasing a PC hurt a ongoing investigation? If anything it could maybe help if others are involved. It’s kind of like he’s saying ha ha I know, but you can’t know. That or he doesn’t have strong enough evidence in the PC. This case is just crazy and anxiety inducing. I shouldn’t look at this case before going to bed.

Other than listing a dna match, he basically admitted to everything except killing the girls (said he never saw them, but the other witness statement shows that's not the case. He had to have, they were heading straight for him) We know he's the man on the video and LE knows the man on the video whips out a gun and orders them off the bridge. I would honestly convict him with all that we know right now and I'm sure there will be more in time for the trial.
