Well, they're network reporters, for Pete's sake; they had better be professional, I would think. This remains why credentials are issued and seats saved, for legit members of the media who are basically sworn to report to the public. The fourth estate at work! They get seats reserved for them in the courtroom and don't have to stand it line at night like other members of John Q Public. This is why it is fine with me that a judge bans cameras; I remain confident that professional members of the 4th estate will be there to report back to us. But I do appreciate this upload; I agree!

This same psychologist ADMITTED today to sharing information from her sessions with Allen on FACEBOOK GROUPS about the Delphi case. With RANDOM STRANGERS. How she was not instantly fired and jailed, is beyond comprehension. Everyone who was supposed to be professional FAILED in this case.

The state just wants to put a man behind bars for this crime. The state should just be a man and own up to their failures to the parents and that community. Instead they are now scapegoating, this is like the third guy they have indicted. What’s really crazy to me is using a psychologist testimony. Why not just take the defendant’s lawyer and put him or her on the witness stand?

I was on suicide watch for 5 days in solitary confinement. I can tell you the lights staying on 24/7 make it almost impossible to sleep, especially with the noises of jail and the ppl coming to check on you, bring food, etc. As soon as you fall asleep you’re awakened. The time dilation is real. One hour felt like a day. I probably would have confessed anything just to get into general population in a room with a blanket, activities, other ppl and lights out at night. That wasn’t in a max security prison either. He was treated very poorly for over a year. Anyone would go insane.

I don’t really know what I believe about his guilt or innocence at this point but it’s kind of crazy that putting someone on suicide watch would probably make them even more suicidal.

Plus- IF the guards & assigned “watchers” harassed him, every 15 minutes! Reading that discovery & being psychotic he was broken. “Confessions” sound like he’s regurgitating the stuff he read in Discovery… “and then… and then…” Btw the Discovery is mostly written in the Format of Accusations by the State. If he’s psychotic he could become persuaded that’s what happened. “I did something with a gun”??? Not, “I used my gun to …”? Reasonable Doubt. He is acquitted and sues the DOC for damages. Either way… The killer is still out there Seven years and this was their best?

This man has been isolated for more than 18 months!! He has been told since day one l, that he killed the girls!! He has been in and out of psychosis while under their care!!! As far as I know, psychosis could be sign of someone being severely emotional and mentally abused by more than one person!!!😮😮😮😮 The fact that there's not one drop of RA blood DNA on these children, and their DNA was no where to be found in anything that they retrieve from his property, this case is screaming SET UP, SET UP, SET UP!!! Abby had Libby's family (Kelsi German) hair (76 strands) wrapped around her fingers!! The injury to Abbys neck it's inconsistent due to the fact that RA is right handed!!! He would had been able to cut from right to left if he was behind her!!!😮😮😮😮 I highly doubt a box cutter would do so much damage to Libby's neck!!! It has been said that Libby had so much blood on her face, hand and body!! It was also confirmed that the ground was bloody soaked. She was left NUDE and Abby wearing Libby's clothes!!! A witness has told many times that she saw a man with mud and so much blood that it appeared as if he had murdered a pig!! Sooo, where is all that blood on RA property and belongings that were retrieved??? The state specialist found no DNA blood that belongs to RA at the crime scene nor in the girls body or clothing!! The girls' DNA blood was neither found on RA and his property!! There were several runes made by branches, which are Nordic symbols from the Norse mythology that are presumably practice by Libby's family!!! The girls were perfectly arranged to represent something quiet important for the Delphi community!!! There are lots of inconsistent witnesses along with mistakes made by the staff in charge of the Delphi murders!! It has been said that these girls appeared to have been sacrificed in a very dark ritual offered to Odin, a practice in Odinism pagan religion!!! Someone is hiding in court that knows exactly what happened!!!! RA has been chosen to be the scapegoat for these horrible murders!

I had a loved one who was supposed to be in a minimum federal camp for white collar crime and they threw him in the SHU in a federal max facility. They said it was for his “protection” but it was in retaliation of him standing up for a couple of really elderly inmates with health problems trying to get them some medical assistance. One of the elderly inmates had just had a stroke and got no care and the other had extreme degradation of his leg due to diabetes. They threw my loved one in the hole for 6 months. They sprayed his cell down with pepper spray and put him in there. He was coughing and claiming he couldn’t breathe and asking for a nurse and they never got him help. They put his cuff on him one time in a way to cause nerve damage to his hand on purpose and he still has problems to this day. There was a two month period where I didn’t hear from him and had no idea if he was dead. He did tell me the lights were on 24/7 and that there was a buzzing sound that was continuous and mind numbing. He still has problems with loud bangs as they remind him of the large heavy doors slamming. People dont understand the torture that goes on. They think “oh it’s prison it’s deserved”. He now has a service dog that goes everywhere with him and has been such a God send.

That unprofessional psychologist is going to wreck this case. Even if this suspect is 100% guilty the handling of his situation after arrest is going to prevent a conviction, especially since some of his confessions were given to a "professional" who avidly followed true crime and shared information with the defendant. How can they have a psychologist who spent every day with RA, but didn’t know if he was faking a mental illness????!!! THAT IS HER JOB! I keep going back and forth… guilty, not guilty. RA had the discovery with specific details in it, before the confession?! I thought the confession details were possibly fed to him by guards, Holeman or other inmates. He was arrested, thrown in solitary confinement, wasn’t eating, was given drugs, was in danger by other inmates, was eating his own feces (😳), and was probably trying to make sense of why he was there. He had major episodes of psychosis. Who wouldn’t!!! He knew his life was completely over and wanted to let his wife go… go on to live her life. I’m still not sure if I could say guilty, being a juror.

An important bit of information that I think some missed, is that Richard Allen only confessed AFTER being given discovery. So that means he had seen pics of the crime scene, their dead bodies, and also all the details of the crime that cops knew. So think about it. Initially Richard Allen was adamant he was innocent and vehemently pushed back on police at every step. Then the dude suffers insane abuse by being put in solitary confinement for months. It’s only after prison, and after being given the gruesome details of the crime that he finally snaps. Police will lie and say he knew details about the crime that only the killer could know. But then they leave out the fact that he was given access to all the crime evidence. People are missing the fact that Richard Allen was open with police about suffering depression. They then use this information to hold him in solitary confinement for over 12 months. Basically they used his own depression against him and broke him. After hearing all of his confessions I’m just not convinced he did it. There isn’t any evidence. And when you look at the Richard Allen BEFORE arrest - he’s a completely different person. He didn’t just deny doing the crime but he was consistently strong against it.

I am in no way, doubting your comment, but if that’s a fact, that’s just one more reason to throw this case out.. who’s here who’s the victim holding? It wasn’t Richard Allen’s. No DNA found. Also, just because there was a picture of him on the bridge doesn’t mean he’s the murderer.. isn’t there information on the deceased girls phone about the photo taken. The timestamp? I’m wondering if that matches up with Richard Alan’s timeline. Seems to be.

To sum up accurately: Allen ONLY confessed to details of the murders that he had read in the crime report already shown to him and after he had been tortured in solitary confinement for 6 months, stating specifically, "I'll say whatever they want me to say." He mentioned seeing a white van, a detail not in the crime report. Weber lives nearby and owns a white van. When Weber was interviewed by the FBI right after the murders, he told the agent that he was not in the area at the time of the murders because he was out servicing ATM machines. The local police lost that report and the interviews of dozens of other people. Now, Weber claims he was near the bridge in his van. The judge refused to allow the defense to cross examine the FBI agent, who originally interviewed Weber, by zoom because the agent couldn't be present in the courtroom. The coroner said 2 - 4 weapons, inc. a serrated knife had been used in the murders. Allen knew nothing about the case details that weren't in the report he read before 'confessing.' So, he abducted 2 girls, forced them down a 65 ft very steep embankment, then across a river, forced them to undress, attempted to rape at least one of them, killed one girl weighing 200 lbs, physically carried her (he's 5'5") to her final resting location, murdered the other girl by slashing her neck while at the same time restraining her perfectly still while she was slashed and bleeding out (her hands and body and clothes had zero blood on them) and it took about 18 min for her to die during which the first 5 min she was conscious, he then waited that 18 min for both girls to die (according to his confession) which would have taken 18 min IF both girls were slashed at exactly the same time, redressed one girl in the other girl's clothing, posed the girls, carefully placed a few thin sticks on the unclothed girl, and left. He did ALL of that from abduction to completing the murders in 20 minutes based on cell phone data. TWENTY MINUTES! And he was soooo careful and meticulous carrying out the murders, even leaving behind little blood from the girls who BLED OUT and ZERO forensics, except that one shiney brass shell casing in plain sight next to the girls' feet. Sorry, but that scenario is not even a physical possibility. This guy is being railroaded, even by the judge. WHY?

If this is all it takes to get a conviction the justice system is an absolute joke. Beyond a reasonable doubt? I'm barely 51% sure he's guilty.

Not really... stop letting the defenses BS work... wanna know why RA knew about the girls being SA, saying he cut their throats and then covered them in branches about a year before any type of information about the crime scene came out (specifically Abby wearing Libbys clothes and Libby being nude?) Because he did it.. also why theres been ZERO other suspects. The whole Kline dude thing never made any sense.. obviously hes not the guy in the video, way too fat. We literally have footage of the girls being very much scared of the dude walking towards them and hear them mention a gun... then you just look at the dude adn its soooo obvious that its RA in the video.. You can’t put any stock into anything said by a person being held prisoner in barbaric conditions. A cop can make them say anything by convincing them it will make their hopeless situation just a little bit better, even if it is simply getting to go to a more humane prison by being found guilty. One tactic they often use against suspects in capital cases is to convince them that, whether they did it or not, they will definitely be found guilty and sentenced to death, but by confessing, the judge is likely to have mercy and spare his or her life.

This is such fair and unbiased reporting. I appreciate each of these WTHR reporters and the legal expert for thoroughly analyzing the full picture of when he made his confessions. It sounds like torture to me to be in solitary confinement for 13 months - lights on at all times, being video taped at all times - as well as being surrounded by convicted men "who are the worst of the worst" who are verbally harassing/torturing him. I feel certain I would confess under those circumstances whether or not I was guilty or innocent. I also feel certain I would have periods of psychosis. I can see where the jury would have to question his mental state when he made these confessions. I would think this psychologist would be fired for accessing prison records where she had no involvement with the inmate.

His car is on video arriving there at the time, he admits to being on the bridge and seeing the 3 girls, they saw BG and a woman saw BG on bridge. He’s got 23 past phones and is only missing the ONE he had at that time. He was never gonna tell police he was there but his wife made him call when she found out he was there. He asked her NOT to join search party for the girls. Today he confessed to the branches (not sticks) and a van- 5 days before he got his discovery! I find it fascinating at how rigid ppl can be in their thinking… seems like an enormous amount of evidence even excluding his 61 confessions. The prosecutor had a cop say that you "probably" can't see fish from the bridge, so his story he goes on the bridge is watch fish is a lie. But that's a lie. Lawyer Lee crossed the bridge, and her video shows you can see everything in the water, including fish. It's extremely clear water. Any cop who had been to the scene would know that, so they lied to make something reasonable sound unreasonable. The cop also knew the police report says the van wasn't there until much later after servicing ATMs, but he lied and said he couldn't recall, even after reading the report on the stand. The prosecutor is trying to say phone data showing the phone turned on hours after Richard was home, that data isn't reliable. If it shows guilt, they say it's a scientific certainty. If it shows innocent, they say it's unreliable. The judges never let the defense tell the jury what they said to last jury to convict someone else.

This is a long story over 6 months. I was facing 12 very serious charges. Now the police, the lawyers and even the medical profession said that I did certain things. Now I was even told " do you think everyone is lying? Do you think it's a conspiracy against you ? " I questioned myself over what happened, spending 6 months trying to prove everyone else liars. It drove me mad and 25 years later it still does at times. Now, as per the rules of court the prosecution must release all relevant information before the court case. In my case, they did this at 0930 hrs. The case was due to start at 1000 hrs. 11 charges were dropped, left with a basic assault charge. Why ? Because in all this time, the police and prosecution had a video of events that showed the witnesses and the police had lied. And of course, everyone believes the police. So if it was not for CCTV I would probably still be in prison. Point being, even just 6 months in prison when everyone is telling you your guilty of A,B and C, drove me mad. I can completely understand this mans " confessions " and his decent into hell. I do hope they will finally get the person or people involved in this horrific murder of 2 young girls but I don't think he did it.

I lean exactly! "I wore a dark/blue Carhartt jacket with a hoody, blue jeans and some kind of head covering". He's bridge guy I don't know how people can deny that. He also had the exact same silhouette at the time. He avoided the trail. And went back to his car by the woods then the road where he was seen "muddy and bloody". On the road to his car where we know and he admitted was. And the gun that matches at least the caliber if you don't want to take the ejection marks expertise, he had many phones except the one of the crime period. Come on... He's bridge guy and he's the killer. I have zero doubt. His lawyer got him to play poor crazy Richie after he started confessing and he goes with it now like the deceptive psycho that he is but I certainly don't buy it. I really hope he doesn't walk that would be a tragedy. Those poor girls. Odin sacrifice ritual my ass. He assaulted them, got scared and finished them. May he rot in jail.

So my thought is even if he didn’t fake the insanity, why would that exclude him from being guilty? Whether a person is guilty of slaughtering 2 young girls or not guilty, wouldn’t being put in a cage and facing the rest of your life in confinement drive anyone nuts? I just don’t think the alleged deterioration of his mental health should be grounds for disregarding his confessions and finding him not guilty.

Look at the Golden State killer, he came over as helpless in a wheelchair, but when he got back to his cell with hidden cameras, he jumped up on his bed and was storing items in the lights above. Anyone can act helpless, I know what I think

Feelings aren't FACTS. The FACT is none of Richard Allen's DNA was found at the scene of the crime. You clearly don't understand we deposit DNA wherever we go, whether we realize it or not. You can't commit a crime if you weren't at the scene of the crime. To prove a person guilty, you have to first place them at the scene of the crime, which the state can't do because he wasn't there. Yes, he was at the trail that day. He readily stated that when the crime first happened. But the FACT remains Richard Allen's DNA is NOT at the crime scene. Facts don't cease to exist just because you choose to ignore them.

Yes he was locked away in a dark cell saying crazy things and eating poop. He also confessed to killing his family which are very much alive. This was a coerced confession.

@@LovingTheBraunsYou don’t know he wasn’t there. Also, there have been plenty of killers that left no DNA behind. Chad Daybell is one of them. You’re correct about facts not disappearing just because we ignore them. I think you need to heed your own advice.

@donnacaldwell3267 You have tunnel vision. If you drag a body back to an area where the bodies were found, you're going to leave DNA on the clothing. As was testified, NONE of the accused DNA was found on any of the pieces of clothing. You've clearly got your mind made up. I guess we can all only pray you never sit on a jury.

Thank you for this unbiased coverage, it's hard to find these days! Watching from Sweden 🇸🇪 I have a question; you mentioned that the defense couldn't go outside the scope of direct examination with the ATM-guy on cross. Is that because of the alternative theories they want to introduce? Why not just cross-examine? Or did you mean re-direct?

He said , he may have messed with his gun on the bridge, which made the bullet fall. The bullet wasn’t on the bridge, it was on the ground under one of the girls. It doesn’t add up.

Why didn't they report that she access COD database and freely discussed what she was seeing/hearing from podcasts & Facebook groups about the case? She also stated that RA said the cartridge was ejected up on the trail before telling them to go down the hill. Edit: I stand corrected, they did report about the public feedback and accessing the COD database.
