Meaning he would have had to drive 30 mph over the speed limit to get there around that time period, in his 2000 Ford Ecoline mind you. Not to mention he’s associated with people that have the last name “Westfall” not to mention Subaru offers carhartt subaru navy blue jackets to workers, not to mention he’s along the same height and has the same hair as bridge guy, and he has a missing toe which would have caused the limp in his walk. The fact that no trace of the girl’s was found on the 13th and no clothes in the creek was seen on the 13th does not mean that they were killed elsewhere. It just indicates that the girls weren’t there that afternoon. They may have been chloroformed and taken somewhere until the search was called off. They were then brought back to the area in the early hours of the 14th, Abby being killed while being held down or unconscious and Libby being attacked and stumbling around before collapsing and dying. Then being moved to where she was found. Since they were not found until about 22 hours after being abducted it’s unlikely that the clothes Abby was wearing would be still wet but they were. This case has more holes in it than Swiss cheese. Remember how Libby’s phone pinged off the tower at 4:33 am and downloaded all the text messages from the previous afternoon. That shows her phone had been turned off and was turned back on at 4:33 am. Now let that sink in.

What Richard Allen said to his wife on the prison phone call after 6 months of being tortured in solitary confinement was, "I'll say anything they want me to say," which is quite different from 'I tell them anything they want to hear.' In the interest of justice, the judge should allow the defense to put forth any theory or witnesses the defense wants, ESPECIALLY a critical witness from the FBI who did the original interview with the guy with the van who said he had been out checking ATM machines most of the afternoon and returned home well after the murders would have happened. How can the judge refuse to let the witness be deposed via zoom if he can't be there in person? The FBI agent is a critical witness for the defense. It is the job of the JURY to weigh all theories and evidence put forth by both sides and decide where the truth lies, NOT the judge. And btw, the FBI analysed the scene with "bridge guy" using landmarks, the distance between the railroad ties and other data points and determined that "bridge guy" is between 5'8' and 6 ft tall. Allen is 5'5". This trial smells bad and the judge is clearly biased against the defence. WHY? And how do the police in one tiny town of 3,000 people LOSE dozens of key files and interviews from the single most important case they have EVER handled? How is that even possible? Exactly why our Constitution and Civil Liberties reflect what they do: to ensure the right/correct individual is proven guilty, eliminating misappropriation, bias, prejudice foul play, and the bullshit on display in this trial. Justice is not served if the real perpetrator remains Free. The public, girls' families, Abby, and Libby need the truth. This only happens when our court and legal system follow procedure and reflect honesty/integrity. With No DNA evidence at the scene or on the items removed from his home, waiting 5 years to arrest, deplorable unconstitutional conditions he was subjected to in order to coerce a confession; ostensibly because there was no evidence linking him to this crime. The State of Indiana is disgraced by this trial, and the saddest end result is: No One will have peace of mind regardless of the outcome because of the corruption.

For those hanging their hat on RA’s gun “Oberg testified it is standard operating procedure to both dry cycle and live fire weapons to attain tool marking evidence on a sample bullet. Rozzi complained that Oberg had not provided the defense team with full reports of her examinations and results. “Did she issue a report after the dry-cycled rounds did not match the recovered rounds?” asked Tompkins. “Did she tell the State and create a report that had to be given to the defense, ‘Hey, your theory does not match the data that I’ve collected,’ and then get a request to do additional testing, or did she do this additional testing which is live fire testing on her own independently with no request to develop a new protocol?” Special Judge Fran Gull turned down a defense request for the testimony of a metallurgist to explain to jurors the significance of the scratches on the so-called “Mystery Bullet” and how there could be an alternative explanation compared to the State’s expert findings. The metallurgist is not a firearms analyst, ruled the judge. “It certainly strips them of the ability of someone other than just the defense on cross-exposing the weakness in the protocol,” said Tompkins. “The metallurgist is not there to testify about firearms ballistics. The metallurgist is there to testify about the properties in the metal in the casing that was tested versus the properties of the metal in the casing that was dry cycled. That is not ballistics. That is metallurgy.” While Oberg concluded her testimony, the defense will have an opportunity to call its expert witness to counter the State’s claim that its crime scene bullet matches Allen’s gun.”

He admits being interrupted by the Van guy driving the Van home from him coming home and he then left quickly and left behind the phone of the one Girl and the Bullet Cycled .He fled not wanting anyone to see anything and to see him but someone did going back to his car off the Trail ,Bloody and Muddy and while Two lil Girls innocent& lying Dead half dressed and not dressed suffered at the hands of a Monster who preyed on them for God knows how long online ,He Stalked them and watched their Pages online to track them there that day and I believe that KK used fake pics of AS to lure these Girls for other Men involved as well ,This is all tied together and the FBI knows it as well ,They already have AS locked up ,Ron Logan is gone from COVID after the Girls Died that day (karma)maybe or maybe he was involved or not there was no proof really but RA is the one that did the killing .The rest were Accomplices in a Sexual online ring ,Stalking Lil Girls to try and Rape & he knew he had to kill them that day ,So they couldn't talk and what he didn't know was Technology got him on Video and Audio!

Why are we not outraged that a human being continued to be treated this way? He told his wife he would say anything LE wanted to make the harassment stop. That is NOT the start of his confession. That is the start of admitting his willingness to false confessions. The sad thing is that by now there are so many rulings by this judge that would result in an appeal being granted. The big problem is that most people judge on the few summaries they listen to, which does not include the details as per above. It is a very convenient way to sway public opinion in a certain way. If this judge believed in transparency, we would all actually know the little details that would change perceptions. This channel is doing an excellent job, but it is still a summary. She has to ensure that such fantastical stories do not serve to illegitimately confuse the jury and muddy the waters. That story was clearly inspired by the "Odinist" patches worn by a couple of the prison guards, entirely innocent cultural symbols, which were firstly defined as somehow sinister and then elaborated on to provide a wild fairy tale. Sloppy work, not noting the dates of missing documentation. The jury is being deprived of seeing evidence of RAs state of mind when making confessions. I don’t like the judge.

Thank you all for a good and impartial summary of today's trial. Must once again praise Karie Jackson who is brilliant in her way of explaining and describing both the defense and the state's way of presenting their arguments.

How is the judge legally able to get away with this?

Those confessions need context about Richard Allen's state of mind. Let the defence put that forward... good grief, this trial is not playing fair. He's clearly not mentally well for a start. "I think I did it" is NOT a true confession. He's clearly saying these things because of the conditions of his incarceration and his mental health.

What is the chance of the couple under the bridge being Kelsi and her boyfriend Chase? Chase fits the sketch perfectly. Kelsi's hair is found around Libby's fingers. The song Kelsi says they were listening to on the way to the trail was called Heathens by 21 pilots. Read those lyrics.

You KNOW Katie Jackson Lyndsey is talking to her fam after each day appalled at this judge. haha. She is being so cautious but also is nailing it when it comes to every single thing Gull is doing to prevent the defense from having a defense. I'm going to write my AG in Indiana. I know it won't do anything, but it is all I can do. That and pray of course! ;)

Richard Allen I know you will probably see this after this is ended. We are so sorry you had to go through this to further someone's career. I'm so glad to watch your defense attorney still get the truth out there even though they are limited in so many ways. We see it!!!!!

@perriebradley78502 ай бұрын
@tauresattauresa7137 that's their opinion but those jurors aren't stupid, why don't you start asking the police why they had male DNA on both of Libby's wrists but they didn't test it.
@perriebradley78502 ай бұрын
@tauresattauresa7137 don't you think after that many years they should ve tested the DNA, there is enough reasonable doubt if he's found guilty it will change on appeal. This man didn't do this alone, and I think it makes a lot more sense with the sketches and the fact they were supposed meet that profile that time that day that place, and now we have proof someone was there after Richard Allen was long gone messing around with a dead girl's phone, even though they can't confirm they were dead at that time. Two different sketches guess who they match, kegan Kline and his father, perfectly. Now that makes more sense. Than some strange man handled two teenage girls while he slit each one of these throats, Libby multiple times up and sideways. Abby completely different killer, you can tell with the amount of violence. Someone held Abby's mouth while the other killed Libby. Two different murder styles completely

This damn judge just handed the defense its appeal by not allowing camera's. And dont get me started on using these poor little girls and crime scene photos as a reason. Ive watched many trials and even been present to some and at no time did we the people see those photos

Anyone is allowed in the courtroom, and thus, allowed to see the photos.

@thomasupton2664 what I'm saying is that I know everyone is allowed but not all the time do the people in the benches see graphic photos they shown on a computer or monitor to the jury

You folks are doing a great job. That being said, idk if he's guilty or not but this case has been screwed up by the police, CSI & the prosecution from day 1. Now I'm just waiting for the judge to give him appellate grounds.

I think the confession helped the defense in a way. He sounded unstable, deeply mentally ill, and him confessing sounded as much like he was asking if he was guilty as stating he was guilty. They were completely unreliable. And, the psychiatrist who visited him in jail was more a fan girl or someone with an obsession. She had no credibility
