The problem with all this is - half of the origional investigators pursued (at least 3 detectives we know of) the O ritualistic angle themselves. Those investigators STILL beleive they are correct too. Therefore, the defense attorney couldn't have just pulled this out of thin air. The details their filing gripes about are those originated by multiple members of the origional prosecuting team. So you can't call the defense a "conspiracy." I think he did it and the Odin theory won’t fly but the fact that there’s actually men in that area that believe that and post pictures of themselves in a circle with sticks and stuff along with other weird symbols may be enough to convince at least one juror that it’s possible that RA didn’t do it. All it takes is one of them to say they were not convinced 100% and he walks. It sounds absurd to most people because most of us have never heard of anything like that but there is definitely a group of them there. You can find their facebooks. The way RA was kept while he was waiting for trail is unlike any prisoner pre-trial I have ever heard. He was kept in a max security prison, not the jail, and he he was put in Solitary confinement for 13 months. Even the warden at the prison said he has never heard of someone being kept like that for so long- and again, this is PRE conviction. That is the strongest evidence I have seen that something weird is happening here and that powerful people in IN are going out of their way to silence something. What that something is, I don’t know.

Um, the only patches jail and prison guards are supposed to be wearing are the official ones of the state that belong on the uniforms. At least in Washington State! Statements from the jurors themselves contradict your take on the Casey Anthony trial. Most of them took the abuse story with a grain of salt. What DID influence their decision was the prosecutor not being able to establish cause of death or time of death. Had the damned fool addressed these issues straight on and told the jury that such is often the case with a badly decomposed body, he'd probably prevailed. Instead, he arrogantly behaved as though it didn't matter to him or his team, so it shouldn't matter to the jury. There is no way that the officers would get away with wearing that patch in their uniforms. There are regulations down to how you can have your facial hair as an officer in prisons, any patches on the uniforms come state from department on the uniform and the only ones on them are the department patch and usually a state or county seal patch depending on if it’s a county jail or state prison.

It's not that hard to see it being overlooked.. there should be cameras that will help identify these patches unless they have been since been deleted still at least the FB posts exist, if that part is true then it's likely they were wearing patches and they have tattoos too.
