it is reshade but i have taken it off now if you want just google reshade leza rbr :) thanks for watching

The stage itself has these shadows baked, you don't need any Reshade.

Yes you can play with controller, but you'll only get 10% of the pleasure. Dirt Rally is a better choice in this case
