I think worth mentioning is how RM completely dominated the ladies ultra-lux watch category, as well as their venture into sculptural pieces (samurai, dragons, smileys). They are not afraid to explore different markets and are constantly churning out new and unique designs

The passion is so much more felt when WK talks about RM than any other brand! Love the in depth video and keep up the great work!

yes these early RM01 - RM05 watches were and still are amazing. The left behind RM is funny, so pleased it was still there.

I can see the appeal of Richard Mille to many, but I guess it isn't my cup of tea. Granted I don't have the exorbitant amount of money owning a RM but if I do, I might spend it on a Overseas Tourbillion, Royal Oak Minute Repeater Supersonnerie, or a Perpetual Calendar Nautilus instead. My main gripe with RM is how it is difficult to read the watch at a glance and it feels like there are too many things going on in the watch.

Even though I will never be able to afford one, I really like RM watches specially their early era ones. The RM009 is simply amazing and the architecture of the RM-27-01 with the floating bridges is truly mind blowing and crazy innovative when it came out. Seeing RM go down the "lifestyle" line of watches is a very sad though. Imo it's a departure from their technical, "a machine for the wrist" origin to nothing but a gimmick (iced out skulls, candy / emoji / astronaut dials, skeleton horn hand, etc)

Wow idk how real that was with leaving a RM there unattended but if you try to pull that in nyc it will be taken in seconds, as soon as you turn around and it will be taken regarless if there was a camera, some security watching, it will be gone. Great video, Kei knows his shit about RMs.

If RMs were a security, one could've made a good argument for a short position well over a year ago; the price crash has been nowhere near as precipitous as might've been predicted though ... I think the reasons lie precisely in what's been alluded to here: the technological/horological excellence is undeniable, and of deep intrinsic value.

I didn't see much decoration on that split second chronograph movement

A watch guy who puts his watch crown facing down onto a surface? Wow.

A lot of people do this to not scratch the side of the watch case

First of all..we don’t need watches 2023?? Second I would rather have Valjoux movement with all its history than a Richard Mille…Richard reminds me of the Dutch tulip 🌷 mania from 1600-1720…if my Valjoux went down from 5000 to $500 I wouldn’t give a shit!! I still keep wearing Valjoux for the next 50 😊years…..
Richard Mille watches has to be the biggest con in history..

If I had money to spend to buy a expensive watch it would be Richard Mille easily as there is no watch which looks as modern as Richard Mille period n even if it’s not exclusive to 30peieces Il still buy the watch
