Coming here after watching wim hof he mentioned interoception I love dancing to destress when I have a traumatic time in life. I think it helps move stress out

This is just amazing. I am 50 years old, and I have discovered body sensation only a few years ago. Before that, I never could quite understand the relationship between brain and body. Now it is so clear. I believe it to be of the utmost importance ,to know, or learn this "sense".

As a PWD, Dx'ed w/ MS, this conversation is SO Helpful to get a better understanding how Irest supports me to live as a happier, healthier person. MS affects the nervous system, Irest restores it.

This was fabulous and information that I have been searching for but didn't know how to find. I tell my students ( I am a Vinyasa, Restorative and Yin teacher) to move from thinking to feeling, doing to being. I have used sensing your finger or palm to move them out of thinking to feeling, but didn't know how to take it further. I was looking into energy and vibration and still not feeling fulfilled. Sensing and psychology and yoga is a breakthrough that will change the way we practice. Thank you so much for this information. "life lives us" Beautiful. I could listen all day!

Terrific conversation -- akin to Eugene Gendlin's work (focusing.org) on the 'philosophy of the implicit' and 'felt sense,' -- with application in the movement of yoga. Glad to see this integration among psychology and body sensing through yoga.
