Fun fact for you; the BBC never subsided those licence fees, the government did, the Tories made the cuts and pushed the problem onto the Beeb, who, if they had picked up the scheme would've been looking at a hole in their budget the size of their entire radio output, or childrens, or BBC 2. If you want someone to blame, blame the Tories.
