Yeah and most importantly if you watched his TV show The Richard Pryor Show he constantly mentioned how it's wrong for people to use it as comedy to use the n-word that people needs to understand the importance and the history behind that word it's a word of hate not a word of Comedy

Agreed. Johnny Carson and Richard Pryor were masters at their craft. Johnny would "set up the pins' so Richard could "knock them down". All Johnny needed to do was to "prime Richard's motor" every so often, and Pryor would let it rip. Another interesting thing noticed over the years; If you've ever watched the multiple times Pryor was on the Carson Show, Johnny felt he needed to be Richard's "father figure" The chemistry between the two was so innocent. I think Johnny truly felt and loved Richard Pryor that way, and visa-vera. If you ever see Richard Pryor on Letterman, -Pryor looked like he didn't want to be there.

I'm pretty sure it was a joke that kind of went unnoticed and he just carried on with what he was going to say. MJ was already wildly famous. Thriller didn't make him famous. His album prior to "Thriller" was "Off The Wall" and it was chart topping, plus he was famous with his brothers in the Jackson 5 since he was a little kid.

@@morty4815162342 He was natural. He did stand up for years in front of Black audiences before he started going on television doing interviews and performing before a larger audience. He was an introvert and was probably nervous when he had to be himself in front an audience. What he honed was doing interviews.
