Interesting material Richard. Nice to see how it is worked. Not something I have seen in the States, but something that looks interesting to work. Again, Thanks for sharing your knowledge.

What an absolutely fascinating material. Really like the shape of the box, the hut shape really fits the material.

Love watching you turn. It is effortless, or it at least looks like it. Thank you Richard. You inspire us all to be better.

Very nice use of the "scrap" from your last turning. I keep telling my wife, "I don't have any scrap wood, just wood I haven't done anything with yet."

I've learned a lot just by watching how you handle tools ( particularly the skew ) and about basic design. That has helped me a lot over the last couple of years. So thank you again for all you do with your videos.

A lovely little hut box. It remains an odd material, but it does look excellent. Many thanks for another amusing and educational video.

Richard it's amazing to see you give such a good presentation on KZbin. I met you in 2016 at the Utah symposium. Good to see you are well. Thank you.

I like to think these videos are very similar to my sympoisium demos with slightly better camerawork. I miss those Utah Symposiums.

@@RichardRaffanwoodturning I do as well. I met some of the best woodturners in the world there, in my opinion, and you were one of them. Good job with the close up camera work. What are you using for cameras and editing software?

This is one of my favorite pieces that you have made Richard. I really liked how the material inspired the design. I have gotten relatively proficient at my turning, but struggle with the design process.

The finished product was exactly what I wanted to see. Nice. The dust extractor was a little overpowering. It made it hard to understand you. I realize that grasstree is dusty and you needed the vacuum. You get a "pass" on this one. I'm no audio expert so I can't offer suggestions. Just a heads-up.
