the art of negotiating. if you want to sell for $60K, you start with $15K above and work down. this way the buyer think he got a good deal and you lost. this always make the buyer feel great. you sucker them to buying at the price you want.. lolz
@-jamesbond2 жыл бұрын
I mean he wanted 70-80 grand but settled for 60. Hes didn't have to sell it. I think negotiations are just bound to happen.
@MarshWaha5 ай бұрын
I agree with the first part of what you said, however, the second part I don’t agree with you don’t sucker a buyer into buying at the price you want you find a happy medium that you’re happy with as a seller and that the buyer is happy with as a buyer. That’s how that works. I don’t know where you’re getting this. Oh I’m gonna suck the buyer into buying at the price I want that’s a load of crap.

1,000 man hours split to how many people he paid to work on. And yes that number (41 and half day total) can be split and with that fit into the span of one week too. One week have total of 168 hours, lets say less then that are obviously actual work hours but you multiple by number of persons working on it. 100 WORK hours multiplied by 10 persons that is exact 1000 WORK hours total. Do I have to explain basic math to you and-or do you even understand English at all or do I have to you explain that too?! The meaning of the words alone ... or wtf is your exact problem ?! Seriously do you Americans even bother to think with your brain or just love to leave idiotic comments as a hobby ?!

I will never understand people working on dust and dirt buckets without at least eye protection then safety gloves. I can understand one thing that it can get super hot in that place but wearing safety glasses is at least a must. I when not even work on anything just casually am outside stupid dust always finds my eye and the burn feels like someone is digging through my eye sockets not just irritative but blinding me. Then these others I see casually tear apart a dirty car that is above their heads with zero protection ... HOW To me it's like watching aliens and not humans. I mean surely they are damaging their health but still how can then manage to not care nor get irritated by it all. And for those who would say 'you are just a snowflake'. Tell that to people I know who died or got sick in their 30 40 y o due to their ignorant ways of working without protections. Latest my uncle died this year who was a metal worker who died at age of 48 since he never used a mask or any protection. He was working around welders and his health degraded by the radiation alone in his early 30 years by the time he was 40 his lungs and everything shrunk and got damaged but he continued to work since he didn't know anything else nor mentally was unable to work anything else ... he got sick, homeless and overall suffered all his life for what ... because he was proud of damaging himself over some silly work achievement?! Just something for you to think about ... If you think it's odd and absurd people retiring early in their 30s then don't be, either they get sick or they know better ... Especially today where many people eat artificial food. You eat plastic, inhale fumes and work yourself to death. Not ideal.
