Hi Richard, Lovely vlog. Thank you for taking us to Avebury. Magical place. The landscape is truly timeless. Couldn’t agree more with regards to the Stonehenge incident….disgraceful. Sadly they are not helping their cause. Hopefully these magical places will be here long after we as a species will feel the need to damage the planet in so many awful ways. 😻🙏❤️

Lovely week of blogs Richard….its Saturday afternoon and I’ve only just caught up with you! To be honest watching your trip and the beautiful scenery and music I was so chilled out that I dropped off for a few minutes 😂 Your wonderful soft luscious voice helped too…. I’ve never heard of that place so found it really interesting….thank you . I’ve had a busy week and am shattered but on the weekends I like to catch up and get the house tidy.. I was planning on doing a boot sale today but the heavens must have opened during the night as it has been cancelled due to a soggy field !!! Actually I’m secretly happy as I’m just too tired to be nice to everyone 🙄😂 Looking forward to Sunday chat which I will probably see on Monday Take care both 🙂

I used to use Sun-in on my hair in the 80's to have that unnatural orangey yellow look to my already blonde hair. Not daring to go to a swimming pool as it would apparently turn green.

Hi Richard, cholesterol is only found in animal products, so if you want to try plant based cheeses, cathedral and applewood ones are comparable in taste with zero cholesterol.

Looks like you enjoyed your Sunday rub down with an oily rag.... My ( 70th ) birthday treat is going to be a trip to Avebury and Stonehenge in the next couple of weeks..I so enjoyed your day trip I know to get there early.. It's been on my bucket list for years. Such a long drive from where I live so I'm being chauffeured... I don't understand why those idiots would spray the stones orange... Utter stupidity and loses any support for the cause they 'claim' to be representing .... I'm still 29 in the head but my creaky arthritic joints say otherwise... My timeline told me I hadn't been on holiday since 2013. I used to travel a lot but had to give up.... mainly because of poor mobility and ill health. ... so I have applied for a passport.... to see if I can have a go again. Re the statins... My GP has been trying to get me on these for years ( I refuse) ... saying my cholesterol was high ( just on 5mmol )..it's not, it is the top end of normal.. they add the good (HDL) and the bad lipid (non HDL) levels . I am in the normal range my HDL levels are fine and non HDL levels are low have been for years..... You're vegetarian eat very healthily,so most of your lipid intake is plant based so should be HDL rather than non HDL. Other risk factors are smoking and alcohol intake or other chronic diseases... get all the information before making your decision ( I am very sure you will) and Vivi will bear this out. . Pharmaceutical companies are making millions from people being convinced to take so called 'preventative' unnecessary meds. Good luck.🥰
