Mom and I watched Richard on t.v. in the ‘70’s as he helped energize so many people with his workouts. Mom loved his dancing and charisma because she was also charismatic, and a dancer. I remember a lady that he helped lose a lot of weight saying she thought he was a saint. If he was a saint to her or others for his contribution, no one can deny. God bless you, Richard.

It's not really him. You can tell because he spells a name wrong of someone he knows very well. I remember when that happened and knew it wasn't him posting. I feel like he either burned out (wow I get that), got injured and it took a toll (oh how I relate), got depressed (again I relate) or has alzheimers. My mom avoided people when hers started.
