Many years ago I was walking down a street in L.A. Richard you passed by riding passenger in a car. You looked right at me and you gave me a big smile and you waved your hand hello 👋 to me. You made me feel so special and I will never forget that day. I want you to know that you Richard are also special.

Today was Richard's Celebration of Life in his hometown, New Orleans (October 5, 2024). During mass at his alma mater (St. Louis Cathedral), this beautiful song was played and the congregation sang along. Mass was followed by a traditional "Second Line" in the French Quarter. Richard, you would be so pleased with the send off you had in your honor. Prayers for You, your family and all the lives you touched. Rest in Glory. Amen
