Richard Simmons with good, and serious, weight loss advice!

Күн бұрынRichard Simmons has always projected sincere compassion for the overweight. He promotes weight-loss programs, prominently through his Sweatin' to the Oldies line of aerobics videos and is known for his eccentric, flamboyant, and energetic personality.
Richard has not appeared in public since February 2014, and his gym quietly closed in late 2016 without him making any public statement.

I was able to lose about 60 pounds on his diet and that was maybe 20 years ago I’ve eventually put it back unfortunately but his cards really did the trick I still remember the first day I use those cards they were wonderful but I do remember that when I looked at the cards I realize that my breakfast I had used almost all my cards up for the day so I had to start the next day and really watch the cards and make sure that I didn’t overdo it and breakfast. Are used to watch him when he was on QVC also thought it was wonderful. I wish I could contact him to let him know how wonderful he really is and how motivated he has and boy how I wish I could’ve taken some of his exercise classes especially when I was in my 30s. I miss those days that’s when people were really into aerobics classes and exercising and it was just a whole different spirit.
