Goma At Home: My Version Of Callos

Maria Atienza and Yeye Vivas both requested for me to make Callos.
Let me take you through all the steps of this dish that originated in Spain. The ingredients are Beef Tripe,
Jamon Iberico or any Ham,
Sausages
, Garbanzos
, Bell Pepper
, 1 1/2 Tbsps Tomato Paste
, 1 Can Crushed Tomato
, 1 1/2 Tsp Paprika
, Olive Oil
, Onions
, Cayenne Pepper
, Salt.

Hi, Goma.We are new fans of your cooking , my wife and I. So far we’ve tried meatballs with misua and patola last Sunday, and tonight we had your pork knuckles in tomato sauce and beans. Wala nga lang dried capsicum. Sooo good. We will try Callos next. We are here in NSW, Australia ,currently on lockdown. My daughter and her Aussie fiance find the knuckles sooo yummy! Good morning Mayor Gomez! It sure is delicious more than it looks 😋 actually, i haven't eaten beef tripe but maybe some day i will give it a try to cook your recipe of callos and eat it. Again thank you for your tips and facts about the food and it's ingredients. I've been watching also some cooking videos but it's yours that i really enjoyed and always looking forward every Sunday as part of my routine of the day. This is the first time I saw this Callos, and it looks yummy. I will do the way you cooked it when we have a family get together this month(November).
