My daughter loves daing na bangus a lot. Seems like she can eat bangus every single day. But my daing na bangus is a little different from yours. It has soy sauce. But they are both savory dahil niluto with lots of love.♥ And I use the marinate as sauce. Pinapalapot ko lang sya slightly. I enjoy your cooking kasi napaka-genuine. 😍

One of my most favorite memories living in the Philippines was visiting a fish pond the morning the Bangus would be harvested. As vendors from the local market showed up to buy the fish, my host had put fresh bangus on a grill for us to have breakfast with rice and sliced tomatoes. Masarap talaga!

I use pomace oil din sa pag prito ng french fries lol. Nabasa ko kasi madali mag oxidize yung canola which naobserve ko nga. Amoy maanta kahit naka 3 prito pa lang. Yung pomace ayos para sa akin. Hindi magiging sticky yung pan kahit iiwan yung pinagprituhan.
