Hi Richard. May I ask you a question? I'm restoring a now rare cb125 RS model. The engine is internally the same as this engine. I'm used to working on Honda 50, 70s, and 90, and they all have crankshaft seals. On an engine like this is the oil meant to enter the outer case where the stator wheel is? And is it simply just sealed on the outside cover instead of crankshaft seals?

You are correct. The stator is "wet" and the engine sealed by the case gaskets and flywheel cover. Good luck with the project.
