This is giving me ideas about this old salvaged 150cc chinese scooter I have that is missing 99% of it's body panels.

Great transformation!! Have almost the same exact scooter and the plastics are broken so thinking of doing the same thing so this is a great tutorial. Pretty sure I won't invest the time you did, will look more like a mad max bike😅

Blooody Hell Richard, she is beautiful, i swear it changes colour in different light, switching from green to yellow

It sort of does change colour, she's an odd looking thing but even my serious biker mates like her 🛵😁

Looks brill, mate! I actually got a car that is vinyl wrapped in a kinda-sorta similar color, but perhaps a bit more yellow and metallic. It will draw some looks, thats for sure! I came up with my own name for it: "High-vis (like the clothing) metallic" I was thinking of using my left over vinyl from the car wrapping on my fairing on my Suzuki GSXR.. covering up the white portions, making it yellow-blue? Could be good, who knows? Cheers.

Thank you, I'm calling this colour "Atomic Snot" I think it suits the bike 😁 you should film your resurrected 150 process for your channel.

@@richardjweeks In comparison to your awesome build that makes one feel like you are cruising down the boulevard next to the beach, a sunny evening in California/Florida... mine isnt much to write home about. Just a general freshening up, to fully stock conditions, more or less. Also, as a sportbike guy, I like the fairing... So, I dont think anyone is going to want to see it really, but maybe I will take your advice anyway, just for my own amusement. Congrats on almost being finished with this build. it turned out awesome. Cheers.

Great build, what gauges are you using?
@richardjweeks Жыл бұрын
Thank you. I got them off eBay, used for not a lot of money. You can find them new. Search Chinese scooter clocks and you should find them. They were for a 50cc machine but doesn't seem to matter.

I guess you're stuck with a 50cc where you live, but 150cc are way better.
