Great video. It helped me out. I used an old piece of tire on the arm instead of a plastic piece when pressing the axial bushing out and also used it under the arm when pressing the new one in. It worked great for keeping the arm from flying out of the press.

I hear you and I understand. Considering how cheap you can get them for I almost went for it myself but then I did not like the build quality compared to what was put on the vehicle by Hyundai. I am happy with the results to this day from my fix but again I can see why you would go the other way too. Thanks.

"Using an extension, you lose torque" That statement is incorrect sir. Several videos show accurate torque with up to 5' of multiple extensions.

Richard could you show us how the rear bushing might be installed without a hydraulic press? I need to do this work but I don't want to pay a shop just to install the bushings. I can rent the took set.

BTW this repair is still working great and I prefer doing this work as opposed to buying the whole assembly new as the after market parts don't look as strong as the OEM steel. Thanks.
