It’s not great when your President publicly refers to you as ‘Darth Vader’.

Watching this, Cheney knew exactly how to organize himself as VP in W's White house. W (No Genius) had no idea he outsourced his entire Presidency from the moment he was sworn into office.

Wonder if anyone else notes the irony of having a war criminal pontificate about Watergate.

He may be evil, but he's interesting. I'm a little frightened that Cheney might be the last Republican for a while who can can even get the joke he describes in the second half of this clip.

Not an evil at all. The man is big on philanthropy. He's a decent man who he and W. had to make tough calls. Congress agreed with them.

6 years later and sadly your comment still holds true. I miss when the Republican Party wasn’t full of fascists and extremists.

Dick Cheney gets stereotyped as someone without a sense of humor. But that story of how President Ford got double-appointed, is classic and pretty funny.
