When was the last time a purse bid ever happen with 2 fighters under the same promotion or Promoter? I haven't been around long enough to know, but ill guess never. Who is Arnold Barboza fighting? Sean McComb. Decent fighter, but eh. Granted, im guessing April 20th is mainly a Goldenboy card (I think), so probably wasn't anyway Barboza-Hitchens couldn't happen. I suppose Lemos can give Hitchens something to be wary of, but it is what it is. 5'10 or ½ vs 5'5½ guy come up in weight. Hitchens does have a good jab that can keep Lemos away somewhat. Unless, Lemos goes Maidana ballistic in the 1st Mayweather fight, and just rip Hitchens to the body (Which he can). Overall, i won't think much of this one here. There's a reason this card is happens this weekend. Another push for Hitchens to be some kind of star or whatever. Lastly, Im not sure if Jose Zepeda was there to win last September. It looked like one of many of those "fights" in boxing. Nice talented, good fighter, but seems really much protected.
