Check the ohms on the tune resistor, I had his once, and someone had fitted a catalysor resistor, if flooded and was a pain to start, fitted right resistor and whammo. The previous owner had fitted all sorts of stuff to fix it, and sold it cheap to me in desperation.

Best of luck with that immobiliser,looks like an absolute nightmare.if you are getting sparks and fuel then it's obviously not a million miles away from going.

some can be converted. There are folk out there who still have a small reserve of the old stuff. cannot do anything else with it.
