Non start and flooding; similar experience with mine which I think has also damaged the cats @ nearly 3,000 USD for a bolt on cat Y (California spec) 😭 Great video, love the diagnostics.

Unburnt fuel in cats makes a mess of them, especially so when the engine does eventually start. Unlucky for cost of CATS here I pay nearer £300 GBP for a set. Time for you to eject your Governor maybe

It is flooding, that would mean that the fuel rail is pressurising, I did consider poor connections maybe causing high resistance but found the unit had been bypassed. Don't do this folks, bypassing safety features wins you Darwin Awards
