Can you tell me please if the Volume / Expression functions are passive, and it’s only the tuner that needs a power supply, or do the Volume/Exp also need the power supply?

They say you need a TRS cable but I cannot understand why an expression pedal needs TRS. I wonder if it works with a TRS jack modified to leave the Ring unconnected and act as a TS

Yes, especially as you turn it down. It sucks it all the way to no tone at all.

I guess it’s ok for some people but I prefer a separate volume Wah and tuner pedals.
