I have yet to lower my standard to watch the Blu-ray I have on my 65" 4k Samsung with my surround sound speakers. I went on opening day at an IMAX in Vegas, and it was spot on a "time warp" to the summer I graduated and waiting to ship out to Recruit Training at Parris Island. My friend and I went to that movie, the original, at least 10 times... I had tears in my eyes as I sat front row center and let that movie intro wash over and through me,..

The best thing is that I believe that Fletch movies only adapted the first book. And there are many books of that series. And with this movie they are adapting the second book. So it's gonna be fresh, not really a remake. And if it does well, they would have other books to adapt.
