This is by far the best "Train like" video you have. Glen Powell and his PT clearly knows their stuff. No fancy machines, no dumb movements, just a smart superset with amazing compounded exercises and a lot of tears... loved it!

I love how people jump to "must have used steroids" to try to explain away that these people are putting in 2-3 hours of intense gym work every day with extremely efficient personal trainers and gutted diets specifically tailored to put on muscle. Does that mean they don't? No. But given that these are very realistically achievable results in a few months when your JOB is putting on muscle there's no reason to jump to that conclusion.

Really great workout. I did a workout very much like this for approximately 10 years and then another workout (maintenance) for another 10. Except for a bit of weight around the middle, it has served me well. I'm 75 y.o. and get compliments on what shape I'm still in.

@Anand Laishram those guys are chubby and lazy. best way to train is the way track athletes train. out there in open air, exposed to elements, focused on movement of human body and the lifting of heavy stuff. we are mammals of endurance, not strenght.

Glen seems like such a funny, genuine, awesome person. I was absolutely blown away with how excellently he performed as Hangman. Absolute masterpiece acting skills display there. Can't wait to watch his next film around Thanksgiving time. This motivated me to get back into my workout habits haha.
