I like that Brockman did the Texans vs Chiefs one. Brockman is, and has played devils advocate in order to promote the show and offer intrigue and legitimate discussion. He's following the idea of the show to a T. Just because it conflicts with other prior day/week questions doesn't mean he's wrong in doing it. Cut Darnold some slack! He was pressured 22 times!...and SACKED NINE TIMES! The only comparable game that comes to mind....is what Denver did to the Greatest Of ALL TIME...Tom Brady...in the AFC Championship game back in January 2016. Brady had 19 "pressures" and FOUR Sacks from the Broncos in that game....and Brady FELL APART...48 percent completion percentage, 1 TD, 2 interceptions... The Rams pressured Darnold more...and sacked him more than TWICE AS MUCH, 9 times!!!...and he had a bad game....JUST LIKE BRADY under less "pressing" circumstances. Below is an excerpt from an article about how Brady was totally thrown by the Broncos pressure. It's a bit unfair....to decide a quarterback that led his team...that was supposed to be last in their division...to a 14 win season...is TRASH....simply because he had 2 bad games at the end of the season...both games in which his O-line....simply did not protect him, and where the Rams and the Lions...had great game plans and execution of them...just as Denver did in 2016....and pressured and sacked Darnold relentlessly as a result. Read about what such pressure did to Brady...below! Give Darnold a break! He deserves it! ---------------------------------- Tom Brady Couldn’t Take The Pressure By Neil Paine Von Miller sacks Tom Brady in the third quarter of the AFC Championship. AARON ONTIVEROZ/THE DENVER POST VIA GETTY IMAGES If Tom Brady suffered from nightmares Sunday night, you can bet those dreams prominently featured Von Miller and DeMarcus Ware. Denver’s pass rush hounded Brady relentlessly during the Patriots’ AFC title game loss to the Broncos, recording a QB pressure on 19 of Brady’s 61 dropbacks according to ESPN’s Stats & Information - the third-most Brady’s been pressured in a game since 2009.1 As a result, Brady was inaccurate - he completed just 48 percent of his passes - indecisive and, ultimately, ineffective as New England’s season came to an abrupt halt. Sunday at least, Denver’s defense showed how a dominating pass rush can throw even the best of quarterbacks into disarray.

Emmit played 15 years. Frank Gore, 3rd on that list, played 15 years. Derrick played 9 so far. To get to the top 3 he needs 4600 yards. If he stays healthy, he's definitely getting that. It's more about longevity and how long will he keep playing if his numbers drop. Will he keep going like Emmit and Frank did or just call it a day if he has 700 yards at age 33? This is what happens whenever a receiver has good numbers for a while and people think he might reach Jerry's number. Then they just retire long before that happens because it's hard to get 1000 yard seasons at 40
