Rob Lowe is an absolute legend, great movies, great storyteller, and was an absolute swordsman back in the 80's! Great 30 minutes ......

When Rob said about the Austin Powers movie that he realized in the Dr Evil Lair scenes that "he was in the prescence of comedy from God on High," I thought instead that God MUST have been HIGH when he created Mike Myers! And the Platypus, of course.

Ohtani wants to pitch next year and I cannot wait to have that special part of his talent back! The narrative that he is hitting so much better now that he is not pitching is just not true. Despite missing the last month of the season last year he still led the AL in HR. His slash line last year was .304/.412/.654 with a 1.066 OPS, versus this season currently at .316/.400/.635 with 1.035 OPS. And he was 10-5 on a bad team with a .184 OBA. Nobody wants to see him get hurt again but he has already proved twice that if he hurts his arm he can still hit at a high level.

Rob has always been that guy. Good looking, smart and still looks young. I love how he threw Farley and Spader under the bus for fighting over him. Spader is a great actor but I could see how he could probably be a drama queen. I could listen to stuff like this all day when it's this entertaining. What a life to have lived.

But let's be clear...the best role and character he ever played (by far), he ended up leaving because he thought he wasn't being treated well and wasn't getting enough screen time. That's always bothered me about Rob Lowe. Sam Seaborn was the peak of what any actor could ask for and he whined.
