@@ivancatalan373 That's a VERY dangerous mindset that will ultimately affect you and others who have it. NOBODY should lose their right to speak. Instead, people need to recognize and realize that free will doesn't exist in a vacuum and isn't just exclusive to them and their friends. That means others have as much right to an opinion about their opinion and are free to react however they want. Ideally this results in what we're seeing now, where absurd opinions are treated as such, which balances out the universe.

The Pats are always going to be coached well and schemed well on defense. It was a game I worried about way more then the Denver game, and not just because it was on the road. McDaniel adjusted to the 3 high safety look though - something the fins didn't do last year was to switch up during a game. Now we are seeing an evolution on what they were doing before. It's scary.

726 yards of offense. That "Madden" figure just tells the whole story of the Dolphins yesterday. Not to mention, there were ONLY 3 turnovers (2 fumbles and one Int from Wilson). Ridiculous and mindblowing at the same time. That 70 to 20 final score feels like a 9-1 score in hockey or soccer.

Further eye openers: - Miami only threw 2 times after Tua capped his drive off with a TD 5 seconds into the 4th quarter, and only threw 28 attempts all game long. - All 10 of Miami's TDs were offensive TDs scored in regulation. All of the other top scoring games I saw on stat muse appeared to have defensive and/or return TDs part of that mix - Not only are the top 6 speeds registered so far in 2023 by Dolphins players, they're split between 3 different guys. Jaylen Waddle is currently not on the list, but he WAS top 6 last year. He and Tyreek were #1/2 in the wild card round and no player cracked 21mph anytime later in the playoffs last year

I've been a Fins fan since '92. It's been three decades of heartbreak. Only five playoff appearances in 22 years. Last playoff win was in 2000. We’ve been the butt-end of jokes for many years and Fins fans have stood strong in support of our guys. What the Fins did yesterday was without Waddle, too. Let that marinate. No Waddle and they put up 726 yards of offense and scored 70 points. I have to admit that it’s extremely weird to hear nearly every sports pundit speaking highly of our Fins. We’re not used to being the positive talk of the town in the NFL world. However, it feels amazing. This team is so incredibly good and if Tua stays healthy, I see no reason why this Fins team wouldn’t challenge the Rams for the title of, “The Greatest Show on Turf”. Fins up!

Rich is onto something when he mentioned the Philadelphia run game and controlling the clock. The Chargers ran for about 240 yards against Miami (at 5.8 yards per carry) and held a lead until late in the game. If the Eagles can replicate that while also finding a way to pressure Tua then they have a decent shot at the W.

I’ve been a huge Fins fan since moving to south Florida in ‘75 so I’m totally jacked about this year’s team. That said, I’m holding off making reservations to Las Vegas for the Super Bowl. Yes, we’re 3-0 and looked unstoppable yesterday but let’s not forget we barely squeaked by the Chargers (1-2) in the opener, 36-34, and won by just 7 against New England last week - with a controversial ending. The football season is a marathon, not a sprint, so let’s see the Fins blow out a few more quality teams before getting too excited. Next week against a resurgent Buffalo team should be a good indicator on how good we really are - especially on defense. FINS UP!!

While I overall agree with you, a couple minor counter arguments: Chargers game included multiple fumbles due to snap snafus which killed plays, including the one on the opening drive within the 10 yard line which was recovered by the Chargers. That and Tua's arm punt INT were the only 2 turnovers in the game, so winning a close road game despite going -2 on turnovers was promising. Miami only punted once the entire game. Patriots game again had multiple snap snafus again which killed multiple plays and at least one drive. The offense had Miami set up for multiple field goals to stretch the lead, both of which resulted in 0 points. Tua tried to force another deep pass which went for an arm punt INT. Patriots scored a TD to Henry with at least 5 uncalled offensive penalties which should have backed them up and burned extra clock. The final Patriots drive was while still up a TD. There's no guarantee they scored a TD to tie, and even if they had, Miami has shown the ability to score points on a drive starting with just 9 seconds remaining in week 1. In both of those first 2 weeks, the defense only surrendered 200 passing yards. Even in week 3, they surrendered under 300 to Russ on 38 pass attempts despite only sacking him once

Even if he wanted to, Reid would never let it happen. He’s had a couple of game in his career where they’ve scored 35 in the first half just to pull starters and coast in the second

@@deemity7557they pulled starters in 3rd. The 2nd and 3rd string continued to score.

I was 8 years old the last time it was this exciting to be a Dolphins fan(1984 SB run). I watched them waste the talents of truly one of the best QBs in NFL history for 17 years and then toil in mediocrity for the next 27 after that. I honestly don't know how I am suppose to feel right now.

Miami started to put the brakes on a little by the end of the 3rd and going into the 4th quarter. They could have put up 90 if they wanted...

In your defense Rich you saw the Dolphins. The OL is playing. The coaching translated to a second year. We knew what that meant. Dolphins are for real
