For my money, RK is a close 2nd to Prince for talent, musicianship, & musicality. Just so badass! And Dylan is such a dynamite bass player! Seriously, this dude should be huge and hailed as one of the great talents of the last three decades. Kotzen is so beyond the usual contrived rock we're fed nowadays; he plays SO many different styles. Great songwriting, unbelievable playing, amazing voice... it makes me sad he's so marginalized in the rock scene.

We all know what an amazing talent Ritchie is. No taking him for granted, that's once in a lifetime stuff right there. What I want to especially praise here is the bass player though. Kicking arse....again. Thankfully RK has NOT found fame and fortune, and sold-out to commercially. One of the best guitarists on the planet IMHO. And I've been lucky enough to see him play relatively up close and personal (well, about 15 feet away) both with this band and the Winery Dogs. Hoping to do the same in Norwich, UK on the 23rd.

I LOVE this man's brain! The lyrics that come out of it, his musical abilities, and the three of them together are amazing! I love the bass player who has mad skills as well and the drummer! I love everything about this. In my opinion, Richie does not sound like Chris Cornell.....he sounds like Richie Kotzen....rock, soul, blues, and a little jazz thrown in...his raspy voice is so not Cornell, may he Rest in Peace.

I rediscovered this guy from the winery dogs. Mr. Big, poison, and songs like you cant save me I already knew. But wjnery dogs gave more curiosity. Holy hell, im glad for that. He simply became my favourite artist. My mom also got me listen to him while I went on a visit to her house. She also got addicted. I found a way to download of all of his songs, a mean ALL OF HIS songs. Of course Ill buy it, already bought it 2 albums. But I simply had to listen everything this guys done until now. I demand you to come back to Brazil Richie. I need to see you live man. Keep up the great work.

This is great. In my opinion, Richie Kotzen is one of the most underrated and prolific rock singer/songwriters around. His great vocal and writing talent is often over-shadowed by his outstanding guitar playing. Not that that's a bad problem to have! It's always good to hear guitar-based music with catchy choruses.

That groove is SICK, then the melodic chorus kicks in.....WOW. He put together a killer band with this. Bass player is as in the pocket as Richie, and the drummer is mature (and smart) enough to stay out of the way of those riffs, and just play for the song.
