I have respect for Richie. He was honest about what he did and didn't want; he went against one of his rules and went on a date with a single mom; and made sure to point out the things he liked and disliked about the date. To me, that's fair. Plus, I don't blame him for being honest about not being able to raise someone else's kids. It sounded more like he wanted to wait until he was ready to have them.

And how are you supposed to get to know that person if you’re sitting there, fiddling with your kids. They’re constantly interrupting conversation, they’re screening crying whatever. How are you supposed to get to know that person? You can find other way to make an excuse if the dates not going well without dragging your kids along. That’s a lot of spring on a person that you don’t even know. You said he offered? He was being polite.it’s being rude to do something like that. If you’re on a date and it ain’t working, find another way to get out of it. Because if you take your kids on a date and you’re riding with the guy, and the date goes south and you and your kids are stuck. I guarantee you would say get out we’re done.
