My father, Angel A Flores was a firefighter for the City of Richmond about this time. He worked with firefighter Heaman (don't know if spelling is correct, firefighter Wilkerson, and soon to be Fire Chief in the late 70 firefighter Martin among many others. He was station out of station 3 at 19th and Barrett Ave when it was there, and sometimes at the 200 blk 5th Street station (Station 2 I believe) and engine company # 1 in Pt Richmond.

Fly out, depends on what the objective is. Learn about it, before you talk about it. Respect a department whose IAFF number is 188.
