Can that cluster be opened up to check for poor connections of the led backlighting or for cold solder joints? Mine has an intermittent backlight flicker or on off on both the speedo and odometer. Same for my cruise control light.

Hi can you tell me if the mileage in the cluster is stored in the BCM or in the cluster itself? If I replace the cluster with another, will the current mileage be displayed?
